Handling

Unless otherwise noted, all jewelry is made to order just for you. All made to order items will ship within 2-4 weeks of receiving the order, but we aim for 2 weeks whenever possible.  All in stock items will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving the order.  If you need something by a specific date, please email us prior to placing your order.  If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, all orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them, and we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

Shipping

Once the order ships, we will notify you with the tracking information. Delivery times will depend on location and shipping method selected.  Please be sure that the delivery address provided is both secure and correct. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.
